Information Collection & Use

Collecting information about visitors to this Site enables us to provide an experience that is responsive to users’ needs.

We do not collect medical or credit card information through this site. We do frequently use forms through which you can opt to provide us with your contact information, which might include your name, email address, phone number, or other limited personal information, so that you can request additional information not offered on this Site. However, providing us with any personal information is not required for you to use the information and resources on this Site.

Under no circumstances do we sell, share, trade or otherwise use any information you provide. Information collection is only used to improve our service to you, and to help us in determining your individual needs.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your use of our Site, communication preferences, aggregated data relative to your services, and responses to promotional offers and surveys.

We may use or disclose aggregate information only where no individual is identified to improve or administer the Site.

Google Analytics & Cookies

At times we will use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of this Site.  Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the day you visit this Site, rather than your name or any personal or identifying information. Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your Web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site. The cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google, Inc.  The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Information gained by our use of Google Analytics is used only to improve the services on this Site. We do not combine the information obtained through Google Analytics with any of your personally identifiable information.

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this Site by disabling the Google Analytics cookie on your browser.

Third-party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include third-party (not our) products or information on our Site, if we believe it will be useful for our Site’s users.  However, we have no responsibility or liability for the content or activities of these linked Sites, the privacy policies they maintain, or the products/services they offer. As we seek to protect the integrity of our site, we welcome any feedback about these third-party Sites.

In the event a child under the age of 13 submits a question to us on the Site and identifies his or her age, we may use the child’s e-mail address for the sole purpose of responding to the child’s question on a one-time-only basis. However, we will not use the child’s e-mail address to re-contact the child and we will delete it from our records once we have responded. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
